Stephen is a senior Equity Partner and Global Client Services leader with over 28 years’ experience of working across a number of industry sectors, including: government, financial services, oil and gas, utilities, telco and diversified industrials. He has provided senior market leadership across more than 50 countries, with a focus on industry leading practices, digital disruption and business transformation. His support for c-suite clients can be summarised in four core areas: (1) the delivery of large/complex business transformation programs; (2) pre and post investment restructuring, (3) the deployment of disruptive technologies and (4) client sales and markets management. He also led the development of a specialised service that focused on the rapid, but fundamental, review of business practices, data management and outcomes; delivering significant cost improvements, operational effectiveness and automation solutions (such as robotic process automation (RPA) and industry-specific Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications). He was educated at Harvard University, Strathclyde Business School and Queen Margaret University. Stephen was also an owner and board member of a strategy consulting business, which was sold via a trade sale in 2010 with revenues of more than $50m and a sold order book of $120m.Stephen is also the author of both fiction and non-fiction books. His current crime thriller "The Judas Cradle" is penned under the pseudonym of James Eve (the middle names of his two children).Stephen has lived and worked in the UK, the Middle East, Denmark, South Africa, India, Switzerland and Australia. He is married to Katrina, and currently lives in the United Kingdom.
