Specifically focused on delivering measurable valued during the early stages of each project.Built and nurtured client relationships with a wide variety financial services institutions ranging in size from the smallest hedge fund to the largest investment banks.

While still actively involved with dbConcert (see above) served as the CIO of this startup equity crowd-funding firm. Designed and managed the outsourced development of a full-featured technology platform used to automate all aspects of the firms business. The system included a web services based API that provided seamless integration with the firms customers.

Upon E*Trade’s acquisition of TIR Securities, continued to maintain responsibility for Institutional Technology and Operations. Took on additional roles as dictated by E*Trade senior management. Major responsibilities included interfacing between senior management and technology, high level system and technology architecture, evaluation of software products and vendors, technical due diligence for E*Trade M&A activities and direct management of both development and operational teams.

As a member of the firms Executive and Operating committees, participated in all aspects of running this International Soft Dollar Broker. Responsible for determining the strategic direction of all of the firm’s technology initiatives. Developed resource and project plans to insure that technology assets were deployed in line with business priorities.
