About Stephen Funk

My law practice focuses on business and public law litigation, appellate law, constitutional law, municipal law, real estate, land use and zoning. I am rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and named as one of the Top 100 Ohio Lawyers in 2015, 2013, 2012 and 2011, and one of the Top 50 Cleveland Lawyers in 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012, by Ohio SuperLawyers magazine. I graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991 and summa cum laude from Miami University in 1988. Prior to joining Roetzel & Andress in 1998, I served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Ann Aldrich in the Northern District of Ohio and a Trial Attorney and Senior Litigation Counsel in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
