Supervised technical personnel for divestiture of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Organization. Collaborated with outside consulting group to develop SOWs for business groups. Established pricing prototypes for components of outsourced services delivered on defined standards primarily serving Workflow Management and Customer Care platforms (25,000 call center seats). The Customer Care services were provided in over 200 locations globally.• Led team during divestiture of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing valued at $1 billion.• Spearheaded multiple Service Improvement Plans resulting in improved infrastructure and ITIL processes for customers. • Standardized Transaction Processing software platforms supporting $2 billion of annual revenue.• Led the team that designed, deployed and operated a new standardized footprint for the BPO division. The new platform improved the site availability percentage from 94.5% to 99.5%, reduced the overhead of supporting multiple disparate environments, reduced cost by ~10M/year, and improved customer retention percentages from 93% to 98%.
