Having a finger on the pulse of today’s and future business requirements.Implemented an efficient, effective enterprise-wide forecasting and demand management process delivery model with the Service Provider/s and business users. - Via continual improvement our team reduced the process time of 45-60 days down to 5-10 days.Maintained a holistic view of work intake, available resources, and Service Provider’s ability to meet demand.Utilized Power BI dashboard reporting to assist IT leadership with insights on resource capacity and managing to to budget constraints. These dashboards brought together data from timesheets, Incident/Change ticketing and financial sources.
