I want to help you impress your clients, with electrical drawings for their project which are clear to read, understand, precise and on time.I love technical drawing, it was my favourite subject at school. I have been involved in the electrical and electronic industries for over 30 years now. I have spent at least 20 of those years as a full time or part time draughtsman, the rest of the time I was involved in repair, design and testing.With my new company my aim is to use my experience working in drawing offices and the electrical / electronic industries to provide additional drawing support . For example; companies who have had a sudden rush of jobs all at once, or who just need drawing work occasionally,drawing offices that have too much work for a single person but do not have enough to maintain another full time employee.I studied electrical & electronic engineering for four years part time, for a BTEC higher national certificate and then a full time degree course at Queens University Belfast. I am particularly interested in renewable energy systems, and low emissions forms of transport.My recent draughting experience has been for Windfarms, Substations and low voltage distribution and control panels. Producing schematic ,wiring , general arrangement , mimic , cable route drawings e.t.c.From your point of view it should be like having a virtual drawing office. The marked up drawings / information are scanned and emailed over to me .
