Stephen has more than two decades executive search experience. Throughout his career he built and developed several leading executive search teams specialising in private banking. In 2007 he founded HBI in partnership with James Caan's Hamilton Bradshaw's Private Equity firm. Building it from scratch into the most profitable company in the portfolio; before completing an MBO in 2016. Prior to founding HB International, Stephen established an AIM listed company's Private Wealth Management team and secured them the number one position for its production and reputation.Earlier in his career, he founded the private banking division of a niche financial services executive search firm. Stephen has been responsible for many high profile moves and placements within private wealth management throughout the UK, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. This considerable experience has enabled Stephen to develop his team into leaders in the private banking market.
