The script identifies if each part is truly obsolete, compliant to the notification period, identifies potential exclusion reasons and creates summary graphs for reporting purposes• Created a Smartsheet scorecard and dashboard for 60 strategic suppliers, which allows 4 team leads to input their scores for each supplier and it compiles and provides the average and a letter grade. Results are shared with the Commodity Business Management Director and presented at various supplier quarterly reviews
