1). Master the knowledge of PVD, CVD and ETCH process in Vacuum Systems and the metrology associated with deposition of thin magnetic and non-magnetic metallic films.2). Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Interface with external customers as well as internal customers and vendors. Effectively convey ideas and technical observations to resolve engineering issues.5). Strive for root cause analysis, identification, and long term fixes in every engineering activity. Consults with engineering team to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability Issues.6). Work effectively and cooperation with different functional engineers, leads and office manager on technical and administrative issues. Advise on improvement regarding process stability, product performance, and customer satisfaction. Provide System level training to customer or junior engineers as required.7). Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring for junior engineers/technicians under my care. Ensure all members of my team have the resources required to perform the job.8). Travel to the U.S. and Southeast Asia to support installations and system upgrade at our various customer’s sites based on business needs.
