Steve has evaluated over 1,000 lodging facilities, and has been involved in the underwriting, negotiation, acquisition, and disposition of over $10 billion in luxury hotels and resorts. Steve helped establish the consulting division of STR and created the financial analytics templates utilized by HVS. 🏫 He is a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the University of Denver’s Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management, and serves as President of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC). Steve is a presenter at numerous conferences, including the Americas Lodging Investment Summit, the Lodging Conference, Meet the Money, the Hotel Data Conference and the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
