I am a Partner in the Corporate M&A practice at McCullough Robertson. I advise Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial transactions, across the food and agribusiness, banking and financial services, fintech, technology and media, government, infrastructure and real estate/property sectors. I also advise on distressed M&A transactions, including working with insolvency teams and practitioners to manage and advise on the sale of distressed assets. My experience includes advising on the largest direct retail property deal at the time (advising UniSuper, Cbus Property and AMP Capital Finance on their acquisition of a majority stake in Queensland shopping mall Pacific Fair and the purchase of half of Sydney’s Macquarie Centre) and the largest direct real estate sale at the time (advising ESR on its acquisition of Blackstone's Milestone Logistics portfolio). I have also advised public sector clients such as Sydney Water Corporation, TfNSW and RailCorp, on the sale and transfer of assets, strategic supply arrangements and governance issues. I have undertaken secondments to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and TfNSW, which have provided me with invaluable experience to understand each of my clients' needs.
