The APS Group is a digital media and print solutions company based in Edinburgh. As Digital Media Manager, I cover all projects related to online applications, websites and digital content. I worked in the Denman St store of Blenz as head barista and customer server. As Blenz is a franchise I had to adhere to company guidelines and follow their specific training. I also used my skills as a barista to train staff to consistently make quality coffee, as there seemed to have been little knowledge in the espresso making process.

Holland and Barrett is a leading retailer of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements. As supervisor I implemented fortnightly training, opened and closed the store, daily cash off and readings, followed style guides and maintained well presented store.

Electric Shadows was my first job when I was fourteen, it gave me the ability to work after school and on weekends. This was my foundation job where I first learned about customer service, money handling and stock reconciliation. I was very lucky to have a place like this in introduce me into the working world.
