To manage all Racing, Wagering & Infrastructure streams at Harness Racing Victoria.RACING - oversee all racing operations including race programming, handicapping, feature racing calendar, race conditions, breeding incentives and prizemoney ($50 Mill p/a)WAGERING - develop relationships with wagering companies to maximise revenue opportunities.INFRASTRUCTURE - oversee all infrastructure projects in Victoria including track maintenance, club facilities, training centres and horse stabling.Responsible for the production of the annual racing calendar of 446 race meetings and programming of 4,200 races to maximise wagering opportunities (currently $1.2 billion p/a)

To manage all activities at the Mornington Racing Club including racing, commercial, operations, facility, food & beverage, events (raceday & non raceday) and local government relationships.Mornington Racing Club is a non for profit member based club that races 18 times a year and has in excess of 120 non race day events a year.

Overseeing the Commercial team that is responsible for Sponsorship, Membership, Customer Service, Raceday Dining, Non Race Day functions and all Events, including the Cox Plate Carnival. Moonee Valley Racing Club is home of the famous Cox Plate and Night Racing, conducting around 25 race meetings a year.

Responsible for the entire corporate hospitality program, procurement and activation of sponsors and corporate clients.Manage, develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
