My main client-facing responsibilities involve pre-sales (scoping requirements and navigating the decision/change process), project management, leading customers through client-side validation, user training and post-sales support.Internally, I also focus on validation (change control, design and testing documents), other documentation (manuals, training materials, etc) and aspects of application design, marketing and process management.

Implemented quality system, including the development and maintenance of validation policy and SOPs. Developed and ran internal training both in the use of the quality system, and in general validation/quality principles and practices.Since then, I have led full validation of NIP's internal development platform and of NIP's core pharmaceutical sector systems, including MedInfoSys®.
