▪ Worked as a data scientist on analytics projects across the bank ranging from assessing campaign performance to creating dashboards. A large part of this work was for the Customer Engagement Strategy programme which won the Customer Insight award at the 2021 Analytics and AI awards.▪ Identified and implemented methods for reducing paper usage in the bank using company data which has resulted in over €1m saved each year.▪ Optimised the installation of cash recyclers in branches to provide a sustainable, lower-cost solution to handling cash.▪ Designed experiments to assess campaign performance, new digital features, changes to bank procedures, and more.
