Alinity Inc. is a small company that provides niche software for licensing/regulatory bodies in Canada. These licensing groups (Nurses, Doctors, Chiropractors, Lawyers, Dietitians, etc.) are required to license their members in order to protect the public and the Alinity software helps manage the process of licensing ensuring that all license requirements are met. As a principle in a small business, the range of day to day activities was very broad:Administration: Day to day administrative operations of the company including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, HR, recruiting.Sales: Sales activities including meeting with new clients, understanding their needs, arranging demonstrations, reviewing RFPs, producing proposals, negotiating contracts.Marketing: Plan and direct marketing activities including planning themes for blog posts and other website content, product and project announcements, monitoring SEO statistics.Customer Relations: Monitor and assist with helpdesk tickets, ensure that service levels are met, enhancement requests, estimate and quote projects and enhancements.Project Management: Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement and implementation projects and teams – including client resources.Product Management: Meet with product development teams to plan and review enhancements for existing products and vision for new products.Technical: Network and router administration, design and implement backup plans, deploy/maintain physical and virtual web and database servers.

I am primarily responsible at Alinity for management of client priorities, sales and marketing and management of the team.

Administration of ASP network providing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software to physicians remotely.

Manage teams of support analysts to deliver support to international customers for library automation software and hardware.
