Operations Project Lead/Project Manager for a major back office software conversion program. Led a group of 100+ users across 30 departments in Chicago, New York, London and Hamburg. The project included the conversion from multiple proprietary mainframe applications to SunGard GMI, Clearvision and Stream. Some applications were converted to proprietary developments.Responsibilities included project management, quality assurance, business analysis and application management.

Reported to the CEO. Global Operations which included trade processing, reconciliations, deliveries, position maintenance, options processing, customer on-boarding, disaster recovery planning and implementation, applications support (ION RISC and SunGard GMI, Clearvision and WTD iDASH), customer electronic trading support, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Reported to the Head of North American Operations. Chicago and NY Client Services which included daily margin settlements, client service and support, client on-boarding for clients trading futures, options on futures and exchange traded equity options, department projects and disaster recovery planning.

Primary focus was leading projects relating to the sale of ABN AMRO Inc., Futures and Options to UBS Securities, LLC. Initiatives included customer account documentation audit and client data gathering (services, commercial terms, credit, etc).

Responsible for the formation and management of a global Data Management Group. The purpose of this group was to provide the user support of a newly implemented global data warehouse. Responsibilities included data quality assurance, system master file maintenance, user report generation and user support and training.

Responsible for Operations groups in the Chicago and New York offices (6 direct and 80 indirect reports). Responsibilities included: business plan development; budget development; disaster recovery planning and implementation; P&L management; operational risk management. Departments under my responsibility included: Application Support, Customer Services, Relationship Management, Trade Processing and Settlement, Deliveries, Regulatory Reporting and Customer Accounting.
