○ Responsible for engineering operations and product development related to TRITON Web Security Gateway, TRITON Mobile Security, and the TRITON appliance program.○ Led a global organization of 200+ individuals (150 direct) spanning all aspects of product development and operations, delivering products responsible for $280M dollars in annual revenue.○ Instrumental in creating forward looking products such as Risk Vision, Advanced Threat Intelligence, and the cloud-based TRITON Mobile Security.○ Delivered the industry's highest capacity web security appliance, the Websense V10000.○ Championed the adoption of Agile methodologies leading to measurable productivity improvement.

○ Led global teams of over 100 engineers across multiple products representing $200M+ in revenue.○ Responsible for ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and the McAfee Agent (MA). ePO is widely acknowledged as the most advanced and scalable security management software in the industry.○ Previously in charge of engineering for Foundstone (McAfee Vulnerability Manager), McAfee Risk Analyzer and Preventsys.

Instrumental in defining and delivering Preventsys, an innovative IT GRC product that aggregated security data from from other security products to help companies understand how well they were implementing technical controls associated with major regulatory policies such as HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, and PCI. Acquired by McAfee in 2006, Preventsys became the building blocks for McAfee Risk Advisor.

Responsible for the architecture and implementation of a highly scalable transaction processing system meant to process "realtime" healthcare transactions such as authorizations and referrals. This system formed the basis for a very successful part of MedUnite's business with the ability to scale to millions of transaction on a daily basis.

Persistence Software was a leading provider of Object Relational mapping technology as well as Powertier, an industry leading and highly scalable J2EE application server. As senior professional services engineer I provided architectural guidance and implementation support to dozens of Fortune 100 companies spanning the financial, utility, defense, communications, technology and medical industries. In addition, I was instrumental in opening up product operations in Asia.

Orbisys was founded as a boutique consulting organization providing architecture and implementation services to a host of Fortune 1000 companies. Areas of specialty included enterprise software based on CORBA and J2EE. Orbisys was acquired by Persistence and became the foundation of a very successful professional services organization.
