Comprising 2000 + FTE in 15 countries with 5 Regional Managing Directors reporting in.Created a much more uniformed “one CPP” approach to running the business.Localised product development enabling the successful launch of numerous International products. Launched successfully in India, Mexico, China and BrazilDoubled growth rates in profits and revenues in key North American subsidiary.Conceived a cohesive and professional International B2B sales strategy which doubled revenue growth rates .

Accountable for £200m revenues in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Turkey. 1500 FTE including B2B sales, service operations, marketing, product, HR, IT and compliance.Diversified a single sector UK business into a multi product\sector operation. Grew from 2 products into one which operated accross 8 product catregories in 3 sectors ..Facilitated a joint venture with Mapfre in the Home Emergency sector competing with the dominant player in this market. Won major contracts with partners such as AA and Scottish Power.Turned around the underperforming German business (didn't make a profit in 12 years). As a result will generate close to 2m euros cash in 2012.Entered the Turkish market, which is now the largest single new revenue source of the Group's core product.Created a major BPO division that at its peak was taking 6m calls per year .

Managed the Groups Direct business which included Hamilton Direct Bank, Marbles and all central sales operations. Managed a FTE of 600 employees and a 20m marketing budget, generating £120m annual revenues with an asset base of £1billion. Also responsible for Group's Central European Branch network.Doubled HFC direct lending business in 3 years through the creation of a multi channell sales and marketing organisation .Built branch operations in Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland.Created a major loan referral business from many other UK lenders “turndowns”.Conceived a profitable secured lending operation by targeting Direct Sales to existing customers.

Responsible for the start-up of Beneficial Finance, the group's non-prime lending business. Grew it into a 90 branch operation with annual revenues of £60m and profits of 12m in 3 years. Also responsible for Southern Ireland operations for Bank overall .Introduced a new non-prime credit card which was a first for the bank, selling it direct and through the branch network.

Responsible for one of 3 UK branch divisions with full P&L accountability for 60 branches and 400 FTE. Pre-tax profits of £17m. When promoted became the youngest ever Divisional General Manager at 29 years old.
