I currently concentrate on four key areas: SEC enforcement actions and investigations, securities claims and internal corporate governance issues, private equity operating company disputes, and disputes involving real estate and tax credit investment funds. I am an active participant in pro-bono matters as well, having been privileged to represent a number of military veterans, assisting them with issues that arose upon their return from the Iraq and Afghan wars.
