• Experienced ISTQB Certified Tester with a strong knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Fully conversant with the Agile/SCRUM development methodology.• IT professional with relevant industry standard certifications.• In-depth knowledge of both Windows and Mac client and server operating systems.• Strong working knowledge of software testing - functional, integration, performance, regression, acceptance, defect verification & quality metrics.• Experienced in defining testing methodologies, designing test plans and test cases.• Verifying and validating applications and documentation based on standards for software development and effective QA implementation in all phases of SDLC.• Good working knowledge of automation tools and practices. Recent experience with Ruby, Katalon Studio, Protractor and Selenium WebDriver.• Strong SQL query writing skills and backend database testing experience, together with experience testing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) functionality. • Proficient in all cycles of test life cycle from test planning to defect tracking and managing defect lifecycle.• Extensive experience in coordinating testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting to management, issue escalations.• Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working with key business stakeholders to plan an effective UAT phase.• Experience in preparation of test environment, installation testing, and replication of problems & generation of bug report.
