CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT: National Retail REIT•Program development manager for major REIT with 343 retail malls and subsidiary properties. Developing program to perform ASHRAE energy audits, and MEP designs to construct the resulting energy saving projects. •Engaged in lobbying efforts of local/municipal governments to enact ordinances providing funding through property tax assessments, under State laws for PACE (Property Assessed Conservation of Energy) Projects.BRITISH PETROLEUM: Global Petrochemical Company - Prudhoe Bay, AK•Led engineering team of 22 personnel performing "Assess-Plan- Mitigate-Measure" tasks for heating and ventilation systems. Program includes over 200 buildings, comprised of production, processing, and support facilities.•Developed safety and reliability focused improvement plans for all heating and ventilation systems for high-hazard and high-value areas, the field's gas-driven compressor station, gathering sites, pumping units and ancillary drill pads. We developed work plans to identify and categorize risk, developed plans for mitigation and designed the detailed systems which accomplished the tasks.NBCUniversal: Leading International Television and Motion Picture Company - Nationwide•Led engineering project team in assessment of over 100 structures (for television and motion picture production, broadcast, and theme parks) located throughout 13 sites, totaling five million sq-ft nationwide.•Assessed business continuity infrastructure, and determined fitness for business purpose; recommended capital & expense improvements to close gaps in a planned multi-year program.•Reviewed preventive maintenance & operations; developed changes tailored to individual sites to improve effectiveness, minimize cost, and support business continuity efforts.•Identified over $1,700,000 in reduced energy savings.

•Direct all process improvement development, and reengineering, for Bradford Airport Logistics Operations company-wide.•Plan and conduct logistic process audits of all operations for compliance/anomalies. Design and apply permanent corrective actions to the processes where necessary; and deploy to operations at all Bradford locations.•Direct innovation development for next generation logistic infrastructure. • Directed, planned, and led an organization of 526 management, union and subcontract people, with an annual operating budget of $64.1 million, and a $6.8 million capital budget, covering 7.7 million square feet of passenger terminal, aircraft maintenance, office, data technology center, flight simulator, reservations call center, engine repair, and machine shop spaces.• Responsible for Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Central Plant Operations, Building Automation, Custodial and Grounds Services, Physical Security, and Utilities Management, at hubs in Minneapolis and Detroit, as well as facilities in Atlanta, Tampa, Baltimore, Chisholm, Duluth, Los Angeles, and Seattle.•Transformed Delta (NWA) service delivery model to 94% subcontracted services (originally at 37%). Lowered cost per sq. ft. expenses initially by 19%, ($49.2 mil to $40.1 mil) in Minneapolis HQ & maintenance base. Assumed additional hubs and stations, and within two years, lowered cost per sq. ft. expenses again by 18%, ($76.2 mil to $62.9 mil).
