Stephen Longo serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) & Executive Vice President for Pennsylvania-based CAP Index®, a privately owned company recognized as the industry leader in crime forecasting data and solutions across the U.S., U.K., Mexico, and Canada. Stephen has been with CAP Index since 1993, bringing decades of experience and expertise to his role.As CRO, Stephen oversees all revenue-generating activities within the company, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success efforts to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets. He serves as the primary liaison for key loss prevention and risk management industry trade groups, including his role as a Board of Advisors member for the Loss Prevention Research Council. Stephen actively supports the ABA Physical Security Subcommittee and has previously held board and committee roles with the Restaurant Loss Prevention & Security Association, ASIS International, and the National Retail Federation.Since its founding in 1988, CAP Index has been at the forefront of helping companies and government agencies minimize a wide range of losses, including shrinkage, general liability, fraud, and crimes against persons and property.
