A coach, consultant, and author, Steve is a strategic and innovative leader who thrives on helping clients see new levels of breakthrough in their personal and professional lives. Steve served for twenty years in the faith-based non-profit space, which profoundly shaped his passion for helping people. Steve gravitates to innovation and entrepreneurship, starting and leading several organizations of his own. A three-time published author, he is an accomplished presenter and has spoken to audiences all over the country. Steve built a coaching and consulting practice focusing on leadership development and the adoption of new paradigms. He also created “Storyline,” an immersive personal development experience based on the classic elements of story. Steve now works as a Leadership Development Coach with Bartell & Bartell, Ltd., a pioneering firm in Leadership Development and Organizational Diagnostics. He continues to work with churches and ministry leaders through his firm TwelveRock. Steve holds a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and a B.A. in American Studies with Honors from Penn State University.When Steve isn’t helping clients develop their leadership, he can be found making music, taking walks with his wife, and enjoying the roller coaster he built with his kids in their backyard.
