I received a degree in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University. After graduation I worked various jobs in Long Term Care for about 3 years. In 1998 I began working for DiversiCare Rehab Services, a Physical & Occupational Therapy staffing and management company, in Accounting & Payroll. The company was bought out in 2000 and the majority of those services were moved to the buying company's home office in St. Louis, MO during the following year.I began working for Integrity Rehab Group (IRG) in February 2002. IRG is another Therapy Staffing and Management company whose primary focus was Orthopaedic and Multi-Specialty physician groups. I was able to get in on the ground level of the company just as it was getting started. My first position was Client Liaison in which I wore multiple hats, from daily clinic data collection and clinic purchasing to Human Resources, As the company grew and additional corporate staff were added, I was able to hand off duties as my focus leaned more toward HR, Payroll, and Benefit Administration. In May 2007, an additional home office opened in Birmingham, AL which contained the offices of the President, Controller, and Accounting with Human Resources, Payroll and a few other ancillary services remaining in Bowling Green.
