I have led a team of credit specialists to support the credit unit of a Pillar Bank in the transfer of a multi billion commercial book. This involved assessing the repayment capacity of each borrower, stress testing appropriately and insuring that each lend was in line with Bank policies. All cases were subsequently graded on the appropriate bank system on a monthly basis with all deadlines met to the clients satisfaction.I further led a team to assist the Regional credit unit within an Irish Pillar Bank to alleviate a backlog of annual credit reviews and grade rectifications. This led to a significant reduction in the clients backlog.
