I am an experienced antitrust litigator who brings dedication, intensity, and commercial commonsense to his representations of Fortune 500 clients, whether navigating through complex multi-district class actions or successfully defending clients in grand jury investigations. Clients place their trust in me to develop unique and complex antitrust arguments for both defendants and plaintiffs. My unique mix of plaintiff and defense-side experience allows me to see the issues that exclusive defense-sided practitioners miss in a full range of antitrust matters, including corporate counseling, internal investigations, civil non-merger and criminal cartel investigations, and litigation. I currently serve as a Vice Chair on the Exemptions and Immunities Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law.
