Thinking outside the rectangular prism 📦 has been at the heart of my career journey. As it has to be for any (successful) entrepreneur.Prior to co-founding Squiz (in Australia, to “have a squiz” means to take a quick look, a peek), I'd worked for American Express, Canon and Wilcom in a variety of Marketing and Senior Management roles.What am I most proud of, you ask?Above all, it is the ability to expand the business internationally, open up new markets, attract (and retain) top talent, and scale a business to new heights. Whether it’s the exciting first few months of a nascent startup, or thinking intrapreneurially for a more mature global organization, I’ve always jumped into the deep end, embraced the challenge, even when times weren’t easy.
