I am currently employed as a senior business analyst specialising in legal documentation. I have worked in the Bank's credit documentation department for nearly 18 years. My role involves the preparation of bespoke, complex facility documentation for lending facilities made available to corporate and commercial customers. I currently specialise in facility documentation relating trade finance (import/export) and highly leveraged finance. I liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to ensure the facility documentation produced is fit for purpose for both the Bank and the Bank's customers.
