Implementation, rollout and adoption of the "New World of Work" program to support the company's move to a new head office in HSQ. We used Microsoft Office 2007, OCS 2007, MOSS 2007, Nortel Telephony Integration and Mobility to create a Unified Communications environment whose primary goal was to enhance the productivity of our staff. Our business case was proven to save the company in excess of €1.5m per annum.

I managed a team of hotshot .net and Java developers, solving business problems using Web and Mobile technologies to their fullest. We did the analysis, design, implementation, training, rollout - you name it...Notable success was with the design, implementation and rollout of Blackberry devices to our 1500 technicians, replacing their ruggedized laptops with no loss of functionality. This project (called Project Novo) saved the company €1m per annum as well as winning the Grand Prize at the Blackberry Corporate Application Awards in 2006.
