I am an experienced and proven leader who has spent most of my professional career delivering technology driven solutions for the parking and access industries. Although I have spent most of my time serving as a leader in the parking industry, my first leadership experiences were while serving in Norwich University Corps or Cadets and in Army ROTC. Upon graduation from Norwich, I spent 5 years as an Army officer where I had the opportunity to lead soldiers in 2 combat tours in Iraq supporting the Global War on Terror. After leaving the Army, I landed a private sector job at Wescor Parking Controls serving as the Operations Manager. Throughout my tenure in this role, I led both the project management and service departments and applied my engineering knowledge to develop custom turnkey solutions. After spending more than 10 years in this role, the company was acquired by DESIGNA and I eventually led all aspects of the branch to include sales and operations. After exceeding my sales budget and successfully leading the operations of this branch, I was then promoted to Director of Support Services for DESIGNA USA.
