After a varied earlier career, in which I enjoyed over two decades in senior finance roles in the private sector, Government sector and the not-for-profit sector, I now focus on coaching executives.

For over a decade I specialised in tough, change and turnaround-orientated interim assignments for public and private sector bodies, occupying at short notice the top or second tier financial role in an organisation. A common theme was the strengthening of a finance team’s skills and effectiveness, while finding major savings or managing a highly complicated procurement exercise.
