Stephen holds over 15 years in Sales, Relationship Management, and leadership positions in Consumer Directed Healthcare with deep subject matter expertise in Health Savings, Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement, and a myriad of other consumer directed account including COBRA, Commuter, and Wellness accounts. Most recently he held the Enterprise / Large Market Sales & Business Development role at HSA Bank for the Eastern Region. During his time with HSA Bank, Stephen was #1 in company wide sales for 2 out of 3 years with the company. He was awarded National Accounts Manager in both years. He was able to secure the single largest sale in company history in 2021. Prior to joining HSA Bank in 2020, Stephen led Relationship Management for all large market clients with Bank of America. He was responsible for revenue growth, retention, and overall satisfaction of clients in the large market. Prior to leading Relationship Management, Stephen held numerous roles in sales, relationship management and product development over his 10 years with the firm. Stephen has served on the board for The American Bankers Association - Health Savings Account Council and continues to take an active role in advancing the industry and helping all Americans save and prepare for future healthcare expenses.
