Began as a sales associate at the Peabody, MA. location under manager Herb Zahn. I soon moved up to a "key holder" (shift supervisor) position in May 2008. I assumed the assistant manager position under Dave Maglione in September 2008. PEA. store # 246 was one of thirteen stores in Q1 2009 to have a positive comp percent build over 2008. We also lead a successful January inventory with great results.I was sent to the Cambridge, MA. location (CMB store #233) with Dave Maglione in April of 2009 to cover for a manager who took a military leave. Since Dave and I have arrived at the Cambridge location, we have improved inventory, maintained proper store operation, and continue to make strives with the selling culture that we have created.Our main focus from day to day is to focus on superb customer service, push KPI's, and making sure that every employee is happy from the time they begin their shift, until the time it ends.

I miss working with my hands more then anything. Not that I appreciate where I'm at now in life, but there is nothing more satisfying when you can step back and look at something you created or helped creating.The hours and dedication my Grandfather, Raymond McDuff put into his business is unprecedented by anyone I've ever met in the world of business. He was and still is a devoted individual and a true master of customer satisfaction.I owe everything I've ever learned to this man, for he paved the way for my understanding in building my knowledge on how to approach and sell to anyone. I joined the Peabody, MA. Express location as a part time job during college under Jennifer Christman as a men sales associate.After receiving the Sales MVP award for 2006, I was promoted as a sales specialist; equivalent to a personal shopper. My focus was to train associates based on the selection for men's clothing, to focus and develop a customer cliental, and to push for $1600 in sales per segment.I left in September 2007 to pursue business with my father, James Ciampi and continue to develop my education.
