Managed multiple projects under the Inter-American Development Bank Programme “Strengthening of the Single Electronic Window for Trade and Business Facilitation (IDB LOAN #3575/OC-TT)” including the TTBizLink Enhancement Project, Trade and Business Information Portal, Port Community System, Business Intelligence Software, and Business Process Reengineering. Led the digital transformation of government services on the TTBizLink Platform through the implementation of online payments, automated risk-based approvals, and electronic signature and delivery to improve processing efficiency by 50%. Collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements and strategic objectives, and develop project proposals, terms of reference, and project implementation plans. Conducted procurement activities including evaluation of bids, and contract preparation, negotiation, and execution. Monitored project progress, analysed risks and opportunities, and delivered projects on schedule and within budget.

Spearheaded the design and implementation of the National Single Electronic Window platform (TTBizLink) for improved trade and business facilitation through the digitisation of paper-based processes, integration with the Customs Border Control System, and launch of government e-services including trade permits, import/export cargo clearance, risk management, mobile inspections, and business intelligence. Managed the operations of e-services to ensure service standards were met, collaborated with private sector, Government agencies, and vendors to translate customer requirements into successful software within project timelines, trained over 50 organisations, and created user manuals, FAQs, and brochures for product support and marketing.
