I love digging into big and complex data sets to find what actionable insights the data tells us. I have experience collecting, entering, evaluating, cleaning/transforming, and analyzing big data with a variety of programming languages. I enjoy building machine learning models, creating data visualizations, and working with relational databases (whether they are SQL-based, Microsoft Access, or other types). In addition to analyzing the data, I love creating presentations and dashboards to communicate strategic business decisions and to help others understand the deep data insights I found. I have worked on data projects individually, in a team, and as a team leader.I am the proud father of two wonderful children. When we’re not goofing around or playing games, we like to watch movies together. I even have an Excel spreadsheet tracking over two decades worth of movies that I have seen in theaters, and I leverage various Excel functions to analyze my own personal data set.
