Due to Covid, my first 3 months with Bolt was telesales. I was making a large number of cold calls per day.In July face to face selling was permitted again in Queensland. I was selling monthly subscriptions to Australia’s biggest home lottery in different shopping centres around the Gold Coast each week.In August I was selected to help launch the Surf Life Saving campaign, I helped with the coaching and training of new staff on this campaign.

In this role I worked in different shopping centres in Melbourne and in regional towns when on road trips. My role was to acquire customers for ongoing donations to Peter Mac which is a cancer research facility. I had to stay on top of tracking my KPIs, maintaining a good attitude and a high work ethic. I had to adapt my pitch to the different types of customers that I engaged with. I also helped newer sales consultants with training, giving them feedback on how they are doing and where they can improve.

This role was 100% commission based.I worked on a number of different campaigns. I was part of the residential door to door sales team as well as the events team which worked in shopping centres. I was signing people up to an ongoing monthly donations for charity.
