This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams in a consulting and supportive technical role. Duties also include participating in architecture planning with customers as well as onsite installation and configuration of ARGO software solutions.

As a Principal Escalation Engineer, I served as a technical leader for the Customer Support and Service organization within Microsoft. The role included providing deep technical expertise across multiple technologies while being a conduit for customer feedback and product supportability improvements to Microsoft Product Teams, I worked closely with Product Team to ensure customer satisfaction with the product, which included working with them to make improvements to the product based on customer feedback.
