Technical Program Manager
During my time at Sense, I had a diverse role which involved launching several integrations across customer Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). I took leadership in managing project deliverables and milestones, and providing change management. Working with cross-functional teams and integration partners, I was also tasked with offering solutions for complex challenges, and scoping internal projects against customer use-cases with extreme precision. By leading these integrations I became proficient in developing custom JSON and XML scripts for our API-based integrations. Following our project launches I was able to reinforce and share my observations through product training and documentation leveraged by our Professional Services team to use at scale.
