I'm Stephen,Currently in the role Team Manager Customer Experience.-I have been a Team Manager over many different areas of customer experience ranging from sales, collections, and utility customer service. I am a proactive leader in being motivated and boosting moral between my agents and my peers. I developed my skills with the experience in being a high quality Team Manager to develop, coach, and manage 15-18 agents assigned to me. I am experienced with building Excel spreadsheets in this role and also deconstructing the data and reports that come along with it. Within this role we have deadlines that have to be met such as weekly/monthly goals required by our client. Not only is it important to work with your assigned agents but you also need the skills to work as a team with 14 other Managers to accomplish set deadlines. Who am I as a leader?-I am a people driven, enthusiastic, and compassionate leader. I strive for new experiences and learning new skills while also looking to promote my skills and abilities and refine what skills I already have. I understand that the team I lead is a core piece for the business I support, and therefore is always my top priority!
