Manage a portfolio of distressed property debt on behalf of several large foreign private equity investors. Personally responsible for commercial (office & industrial) and residential properties in 5 states and territories – both investments and developments. In addition to setting property level strategies I am involved in direct management of properties.I frequently present to senior management and external investors on the performance of each property against strategy and budget and recommend investment and divestment strategies.

- Assisted an offshore private equity group with its bid for the Bank of Scotland / Lloyds $1.9 billion distressed debt portfolio. This involved conducting due diligence on the underlying properties, determining a strategy for the sale of each and the likely costs to be incurred up until sale. For each property three scenarios were prepared to enable the bidder to determine a bid price.- Working for a private real estate fund manager, reviewed and audited models associated with its existing unlisted fund. This included assessing model accuracy, functionality and processes. Advice was also provided on opportunities to enhance the model prior to release to investors.
