This resulted in the elimination of duplication and savings of up $500 000 in my division.•Completed a Master’s Degree in Business and Information Technology (MBIT) while working full time as IT Manger and managing a staff compliment of 13 permanent and casual staff. •Completed Foundation and Practitioner Certification in Project Management, Prince 2 and AGILE. I also completed ITIL V3 Foundation and Intermediate Capability in Service Offerings and Agreements, and Operational Support and Analysis
