Working in diverse settings from small privately owned hobby shop to branch manager within a four star headquarters, to executive officer for a deployed brigade I have a lot of experience in operations, plans, and managing both military and civilian personnel. Over my career I have managed small staff of six personnel, to brigade staff of over 100 personnel, to company commands of over 100 personnel. As a Lieutenant Colonel who has been on active duty for the last ten years, I have worked within the confines of a major headquarters, and understand the processes and organizational aspects of how to make actions happen. I have coordinated and worked with many other military headquarters and civilian agency personnel for implementing and executing plans and operations.
