As national recruitment manager I was responsible in leading a team of 30 across multiple locations in the UK, to deliver volume recruitment into BT, at the peak we delivered 5000+ vacancies into BT centres UK wideStakeholder relationships were key to ensure the client remained confident with the overall service provided by ManpowerAs part of the 3 year sole supply contract Manpower was awarded, the creation of a shared service centre was created and I was an integral part of the implementation of this, which became a blue print for other centres across the UK for Manpower Group

As the manager for the BT account, I was responsible for managing a team of 10 members of staff, based within the client site (BT Longbenton call centre) Manpower employed 1,500 temporary members of staff on-site at BT.
