I served in a client-facing role, partnering directly with multiple relationship teams to provide credit product solutions to meet clients’ needs. In this role I analyzed new commercial credit opportunities, performed underwriting of new and renewed credit exposure, and managed a portfolio of loans and other commercial relationships. My position worked with Relationship Managers to develop client relationship strategies pertaining to credit, develop target sets of companies within the markets, create and present credit packages, and serve as primary liaison with Credit Risk. This position monitored credit risk factors of companies within a portfolio, determining probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD) and expected loss (EL).

• Supervised a team of local Commercial Debt Products Associates and Managers covering Arkansas and North Louisiana territories, providing underwriting and management of commercial loan portfolios. • Served as a commercial credit approver for a varying degree of exposure (new and renewal) relating to commercial middle market credit exposure, settlement risk and wire transactions. Credit approval authority up to $15 million depending on risk rating.

• Supervised a team of commercial banking underwriters and portfolio managers who perform risk assessment, financial analysis and monitor middle market commercial and industrial customers across the Arkansas area of the bank.• Served on various committees to addressing risk rating and process improvement.• Served as approver for commercial credits up to $15mm exposure and settlement risk to $12mm.• Previously supervised local underwriting teams performing analysis of commercial real estate, commercial & industrial and community banking.
