Led on operational governance of an outsourced Settlement System. Proposed and then directly led the procurement and transition of IT Desktop Services and networks away from a first set of DECC managed services to a single IT Service Provider, realising a significant saving and a right-sized and nimble IT solution based on Office 365, Windows 10, SharePoint and line of business hosting.
