Project managed the roll-out of a new point-of-sale system (hardware, software, infrastructure, training, etc) to 420 associate stores (approximately 4,500 lanes) as part of the Y2K program. Managed multiple vendors and in-house project team.

Managed centralized help desk for in-store hardware and software. Managed team of 30+ staff, supporting 420+ stores. Managed multiple 3rd party service providers. Supported POS systems (NCR, IBM) and back-end systems (AS/400, in-house developed software.)
