Mr Miller a Chartered Accountant by profession with 30 years’ experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions in the resources and energy sector. Mr Miller has been a founder, Director, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a number of successful resource companies listed on the Australian, North American and Johannesburg stock exchanges. He has also been responsible for numerous corporate reorganizations and restructurings; as well as substantial debt and equity capital raisings for project start-ups, developments and corporate takeovers. Since 1998, Mr Miller has been an active investor in the African resources sector originating and executing significant transactions in various African countries including Tanzania, Mauritania, Cameroon and South Africa.Over the last 30 years Mr Miller has been responsible for raising finance in excess of $US1.5 billion for project acquisitions and development in the global debt equity capital markets.
