About Stephen Wood

From my experiences within financial services over the last 30 years, the need for holistic financial wellness in the workplace became quite clear to me. Financial wellness is inextricably linked to overall health and compliments the other pillars of health namely, physical, mental and social. My goal is to alleviate financial stress through education and provide peace of mind to employers and employees.
