Responsible for supervising network development strategies for custom recruitment efforts. Ensure timely and accurate implementation and reporting of custom recruitment efforts including the creation of customized network development plans, performance guarantees and related reporting. Work with Sr. Manager and Team to train and educate other departments on Network Development policies, procedures and information. Act as liaison between Network Development and other departments. Conduct specialized recruitment campaigns. Work with external vendors to coordinate the production and distribution of customized and mass mailings. Assist with special projects to ensure sales and marketing activities are handled in an accurate, professional and effective manner. Responsible for assessing the performance of staff, including the completion and delivery of annual performance appraisals as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring.

Design, implement, and maintain database; create and integrate templates, and transfer data into Access and Excel. Perform complex analysis regarding company data; analyze large data sets. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions; offer suggestions focused on streamlining operations. Key Achievements: Played key role in design, development and implementation of Network Overlay process; increasing accuracy of the DNoA Network Data.  Leveraged the Network Overlay process for other business uses; enabling DNoA/DenteMax to offer the service to other clients.  Designed, developed and implemented an Access front end to enable reporting on Network statistics from the legacy AS400 backend; leading to accurate reporting of Network data across the enterprise. Designed, developed and implemented a system to enable the Underwriting & Sales Departments to track and analyze quotes.

Key Achievements: Played key role in automating several key functions, eliminating the process of manually searching for data; efforts enabled department to generate complex reports based on live data.  Substantially increased data accuracy within department by restructuring key reports and converting billing system from Paradox to Access.  Optimized existing database by instituting Access and Excel links, facilitating the ability to generate PDF documents and print on laser rather than dot matrix printers.  Improved departmental workflow and decreased repetition of data entry by successfully facilitating the entry of information in a primary database, thereby eliminating the need to key data into 3 separate databases. Streamlined operations and enhanced efficiencies by reorganizing the filing system. Developed detailed reports utilizing various advanced features of Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and ODBC.
