Responsible for supervising network development strategies for custom recruitment efforts. Ensure timely and accurate implementation and reporting of custom recruitment efforts including the creation of customized network development plans, performance guarantees and related reporting. Work with Sr. Manager and Team to train and educate other departments on Network Development policies, procedures and information. Act as liaison between Network Development and other departments.
